The oak-aged Pinot Noir “Caprice du temps” is made from the same grapes as the Pinot Noir in stainless steel vats. It is aged in 224-liter barrels for at least one year. After its time in barrel, the wine acquires additional tannins, as well as complex aromas combining smoky, vanilla, and oaky notes. Its color is also enhanced during its barrel aging. It is a harmonious, tannic, voluminous, and ample wine.
