Païen belongs to the Savagnin Blanc family. In Visperterminen (Valais), at an altitude of 1100 m, it is known as Heida. It is also used to produce the Vin Jaune of Franche Comté. The Païen "Caprice du temps" has a beautiful acidity and is very aromatic. Its aromas remind us of exotic fruits (mangoes, lychees, melons). Its palate is rich, voluminous and complex, with a slight sweetness. Good structure and length.

Food pairing: aperitif, starters, fish, dessert, alpine cheese. Perfect with foie gras!
