Gamay is found mainly in France (Beaujolais, Loire Valley, Savoy, Auvergne) and French-speaking Switzerland. The "Caprice du temps" Gamay has a crimson red colour. Its bouquet reminds us of strawberry; it is light and elegant. On the palate, the wine is lively and powerful.
