Specifically from Valais, it requires growing in privileged plots, but not too windy and arid. Its fine, melting and delicate flesh gives the wine an inimitable character. Classy and virile, with its citrus aromas (grapefruit and lemon), vigorous on the palate, it amazes with its delicacy and complexity, concluding with a characteristic saline touch.
