Syrah is primarily grown in France, particularly in the northern part of the Côtes du Rhône. It was from this region that Syrah was introduced to Valais. Syrah “Caprice du temps” is a very dark, purple-colored wine. Its aromas contain characteristic spicy notes and piperitone (pepper). The oak provides tannins, woodiness, and structure. It is a very full-bodied wine with a lot of character.
