Syrah is mainly grown in France, especially in the northern part of the Côtes du Rhône. It was from this region that Syrah was introduced to Valais. "Caprice du temps" Syrah is a very dark, purplish wine. Its aromas contain characteristic spicy notes and piperitone (pepper). Oak gives it tannins, woodiness, and structure. It is a full-bodied wine with a lot of character.
