The "Caprice du temps" Rosé is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes pressed immediately, which explains its soft, orange-tinged color. Its bouquet, meanwhile, is reminiscent of Pinot Noir grapes, very fruity, with an aroma of ripe cherries. With a fresh and vinous palate, the Rosé combines the charm and liveliness of white wine with the substance of red wine, in a harmonious, fine, complete and balanced whole.

Serving: stemmed glass, temperature 8 to 10 °C

Food pairing: suitable for all occasions, aperitif, creamed mushrooms, marinated salmon with herbs, fried fish, chicken, rabbit, veal, soft cheeses, blue cheeses.
