Pinot Blanc is also known as Weisser Burgunder. It can be found in Alsace, Germany, French-speaking Switzerland, and Northern Italy (Tyrol). The "Caprice du temps" Pinot Blanc is a fine, noble, full-bodied wine, reminiscent of the aroma of sweet almond and hazelnut. On the palate, it expresses itself with a beautiful freshness and a balance between richness and acidity.
