Humagne Rouge is a Valais grape variety, which some ampelographers believe to be the old Oriou plant, known as petit rouge from the Aosta Valley. The "Caprice du temps" Humagne Rouge is a distinctive wine with a strong rustic and wild character. It has a dark ruby color. Its bouquet evokes oak bark, undergrowth, and vine shoots. After a direct and lively attack, the fruit fills the palate, leaving impressions of vibrant vitality in its wake. Harmonious structure supported by present but integrated tannins, good balance of richness and acidity.

Food pairing: duck tenderloin, recommended for game due to its wild character, red meats, cheese board.
